1. Conduct animal cell culture, transfection, RNA extraction and QPCR tests.

2. Tests on nucleic acid electrophoresis, cytotoxicity, particle sizes and electric charges.

3. Conduct Western Blot and flow cytometry tests according to requirements.

4. Fill in experiment record books according to GMP standards. 

1. Majored in those related to biology or medicine and holds a Bachelor’s degree or above.

2. Have no less than one year of experience in animal cell culture, give priority to those having experience in cytotoxicity, use of flow cytometers, tests on particle sizes and electric charges and preparations.

3. Be familiar with relevant operation of molecular biology (nucleic acid electrophoresis, RNA extraction, fluorogenic quantitative PCR, etc.)

4. Be careful, responsible and patient in work, independently analyze and solve problems and boast outstanding learning capability.

5. Give priority to those who passed CET-4 and read professional English literature masterfully.
