1. Search literature independently and formulate process routes for nucleic acid synthesis.

2. Complete nucleic acid synthesis and bench-scale technical study of purification and cooperate the pilot-scale experiment department for technical transfers.

3. Cooperate with quality research personnel to do analysis work well.

4. Do other work assigned by leaders. 

1. Hold a Bachelor’s Degree or above and majored in those related to chemistry, biology, pharmacy, etc.

2. Bachelors with over three years of work experience and Masters with more than one year of work experience. Be familiar with nucleic acid synthesis and skilled in operating the Dr. Oligo series of DNA/RNA synthesizers.

3. Record experiment data systematically and write reports; be familiar with GMP.

5. Be familiar with HPLC and MALDI-TOFMS analysis.

6. Have stronger learning, working and anti-pressure abilities and a team spirit and communicate with colleagues well.
