1. Majored in those related to animal medicine, clinical veterinary medicine, pharmacology and toxicology and hold a Master's Degree or above.

2. Have more than three years of experience in efficacy evaluation and give priority to those having experience in ADME, DMPK, toxicology and preparations.

3. Be familiar with development processes of new drugs and have experience in evaluating the efficacy of multiple compounds. (Give those having experience in nucleic acid drugs)

4. Be careful, responsible and patient in work, analyze and solve problems independently and boast outstanding learning capability.
